GLEN INNES THE INVESTMENT…

The Glen Innes district has some of the most reliable, productive grazing lands in NSW with very fertile basalt and granite soils. It has an annual rainfall of 800mm – 1000mm and altitudes ranging from 850 – 1400 metres.

The mountain climate is “air conditioned” with ideal summer temperatures from 20 – 30 degrees with bracing winters of 0 – 15 degrees.

Glen Innes is renowned as a centre for marketing prime and store livestock and is surrounded by a network of feedlots and abattoirs. The grazing conditions are such that in many cases combined gross returns more than exceed those generated elsewhere.
